- tonic water0 to taste

- Place a glass in the freezer for 5 minutes, or if you prefer, fill the glass with ice and stir well in circular motions with a ballerina spoon. Doing one of these procedures helps preserve the drink longer.
- Muddle the pitaya, place 4 ice cubes, the macerated pitaya, the lemon juice and the sugar in a cocktail shaker, shake well.
- Fill the chilled glass with ice or (In case you have chosen to freeze the glass by putting ice and stirring with the dancing spoon, remove the water you created, add more ice.
- Place the cocktail shaker mixture and the gin in this glass, top up with tonic water and garnish with a piece of pitaya.
