- In a bowl, mix tapioca, salt, yeast and egg until all the tapioca dissolves.
- Over low heat, heat a nonstick skillet.
- Add the dough and make circular movements to fill the entire bottom of the pan, cover the pan and cook.
- Turn off the heat, pass some tomato sauce, ham, cheese, tomato and basil with the skillet and leave it on low heat until the cheese melts.
