- Milk400 ml
- Margarine or 100m oil3 tablespoon
- Dry yeast or 30g of fresh yeast10 g
- Grated Mozzarella300 g
- Ham or ham250 g
- Cottage cheese1 to taste
- Chopped tomato1 to taste
- Olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Mix the flour with the dry ingredients, add the egg, margarine and milk and then add fresh yeast. Knead until it forms a dough homogeneous and smooth.
- Let rest for 20 min.
- open and stretch the dough forming a large rectangle, always place the stuffing in the middle of the dough along the entire length, leaving a side of dough, then close the pizza with one side over the other.
- Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C until golden.
