- 1 kg of wheat flour to taste
- 30 g of organic yeast to taste
- 3 cups of water to taste
- 1 teaspoon of sugar to taste
- Salt to taste to taste
- Mix the yeast, salt and sugar in a little warm water until the yeast dissolves.
- Then add wheat flour, oil and stir until you create a pasty consistency.
