- Oil1/1/4 cup
- Salt to taste

- In a pan put 1 cup and a half of water and 1 cup and 1/4 of oil and bring to a boil.
- Place the starch in a bowl and as soon as the liquid boils, scald the starch. Put the salt, mix well with a spoon and wait to cool down.
- Once it's cold start laying the eggs. The amount will depend on the size of the egg and the glass or cup you use.
- Knead the dough well and place it in a pastry bag or even a bag of sugar or rice. Model the cookies in a shape (leave space between the cookies, as they will grow). Take to bake in preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes or until golden.
