- Pork shoulder in baits300 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Olive oil200 ml
- Vinegar (fruit preference)100 ml
- Mango1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and half an onion, add the palette baits, season with salt, pepper and others to taste. Reserve.
- Cut into cubes (brunoise) the tomato, onion, cucumber and mango.
- Mix the oil and vinegar, add the tomato, onion, cucumber and mango. Season to taste.
- Assembly: Open the bread vertically, from end to end. Put the meat and then finish with the Vinaigrette on top. It can also be served separately.
