  • Pão de sal (Baguete) or your preference.2 unit(s)
  • Pork shoulder in baits300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil200 ml
  • Vinegar (fruit preference)100 ml
  • Mango1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, sauté the garlic and half an onion, add the palette baits, season with salt, pepper and others to taste. Reserve.
  2. Cut into cubes (brunoise) the tomato, onion, cucumber and mango.
  3. Mix the oil and vinegar, add the tomato, onion, cucumber and mango. Season to taste.
  4. Assembly: Open the bread vertically, from end to end. Put the meat and then finish with the Vinaigrette on top. It can also be served separately.
