  • Oats40 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Cocoa to taste
  • Ripe banana1 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Place the oats, milk and cocoa in the pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and stir until it starts to boil.
  3. Mash the ripe banana and mix it with the porridge.
  4. Stir the porridge with the banana for another 3 minutes.
  5. Place in a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
  6. Note: Great option for an afternoon snack on cold days. You can add a dose of whey to have a greater protein supply.
