- Milk200 ml
- Cocoa to taste
- Ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Place the oats, milk and cocoa in the pan.
- Bring to a boil and stir until it starts to boil.
- Mash the ripe banana and mix it with the porridge.
- Stir the porridge with the banana for another 3 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
- Note: Great option for an afternoon snack on cold days. You can add a dose of whey to have a greater protein supply.
