- Boiled Potatoes150 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and spices to taste
- Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oat bran1.5 cup
- Boiled chicken and cheese for the stuffing to taste
- Beaten egg and sesame for brushing to taste
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough, adding the oatmeal last and gradually, until the dough has a firm consistency for modeling.
- Let it rest for 40 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts, make balls, knead and fill with the stuffing. Shape into a round shape again.
- Brush with a beaten egg and decorate with sesame.
- Place in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
