- Boiled Potatoes1 kg
- Tuscan sausage500 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Cheese100 g
- Salt and Seasoning0 to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausage and fry well. Then add the onion, tomato and pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat, then reserve the sauce part.
- Blend the potatoes in a blender with a cup and a half of the water that was boiled
- Mix the potato cream with the cooked sausage and add the cheese. Leave on low heat until the cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper and oregano
- Finish by adding the reserved sausage with green smell
