- Potatoes1 kg
- Oil for frying to taste
- Salt and/or seasonings of your choice to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. (If you want, use a grater or mandolin so that they are all the same thickness);
- Line a plate with paper towels;
- Take a large skillet with plenty of oil over high heat to heat up;
- When the oil is hot, fry the potato slices without letting them brown too much, as they become bitter;
- With a slotted spoon, remove the potatoes and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels;
- Season with salt and/or seasonings of your choice, serve immediately.
- Enjoy!!!
