- Stuffing chicken broth2.1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2.1/4 cup
- Boiled Asterix Potatoes100 g
- Butter50 g
- Salt1.1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded Chicken Stuffing500 g
- egg whites3 unit(s)
- Water50 ml
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Oil for frying1 l
- Take a deep pan to the fire, add the broth, butter and salt.
- As soon as it boils, sieve the flour and stir constantly, so as not to form lumps.
- Next, add the boiled and mashed potatoes, and stir vigorously to incorporate all the dough ingredients.
- The point is when the dough starts to loosen from the bottom of the pan, and forms a light cone.
- Spread the dough on a bench and let it cool.
- Roll out the dough in the palm of your hand in the shape of a circle, and place the filling in the center (Attached photo)
- Close the dough with your fingertips, in the shape of a coxinha (Attached photo)
- Mix the egg whites and water, pass the coxinha first in this mixture and then in the breadcrumbs (Attached photo)
- Fry the drumsticks in hot oil until golden. Serve next.
