Potato ball500 g
Grated Parmesan100 g
Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Thyme1 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon

In a bowl, mix the parmesan and seasonings.
Grease a pan with butter and pour the seasoned Parmesan mixture, lining the entire bottom of the pan.
Cut the potatoes in half and place in the mold with the cut part in contact with the cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and take it to the oven until it bakes well, after roasting, wait for it to cool and it will be ready.
