- Potato ball500 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
- Garlic Powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Thyme1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan and seasonings.
- Grease a pan with butter and pour the seasoned Parmesan mixture, lining the entire bottom of the pan.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place in the mold with the cut part in contact with the cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and take it to the oven until it bakes well, after roasting, wait for it to cool and it will be ready.
