- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Chia seed1 tablespoon
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Vanilla flavored Whey Protein1 unit(s)
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Medium flaked oats2 cup
- Fresh blackberries1 cup
- Cranberries or Raisins1 cup
- In a bowl add the eggs and beat until foamy (with a fork or fouet)
- Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the honey, the whey protein and the oatmeal and mix everything together.
- Add the chia and flax seeds and mix.
- Add the cranberries and mix everything with your hands until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Place half of the chopped fresh blackberries in this dough and reserve the other half (whole blackberries) to put on top of the bars.
- Grease a rectangular pan with a little butter and oat bran or line it with greased parchment paper.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- With your hands, put the dough in the shape and distribute well until it's just right.
- Place the other half of the blackberries on top of the dough, sinking slightly, being careful not to break the fruit.
- Bake for just 10 minutes (it gets firmer when it cools down)
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Cut into squares or bar format and that's it đ
- Store in the fridge đ
