- Medium rolled oats500 g
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Peanut paste3 tablespoon
- Organic Honey (Gerais honey)3 tablespoon
- Dose of Whey protein vanilla flavor2 unit(s)
- Bittersweet chocolate chips100 g
- Cranberries1/2 cup
- In a large bowl place the eggs, peanut butter, Organic honey and mix everything with a spoon
- Add the oats, whey protein and mix again
- Finally add the cranberries and chocolate chips and mix everything with your hands until smooth (it gets a little sticky but that's how it is 😉)
- Grease a rectangular mold with a little butter and oat bran or grease it with parchment paper
- Put the dough in the form and hit it with your hands until it's straight and uniform.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and cut into bars (as pictured)
- Tip: wrap it in cling film and carry it in your purse or backpack as a snack or pre-workout option 💪
