- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Whey protein concentrate1 cup
- Granular Sweetener1 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate chips3 tablespoon
- Yeast for cakes1 dessert spoon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, and mix with the other ingredients, except the chocolate chips and yeast, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the chocolate chips and yeast, and mix gently.
- Grease a cake pan (I used a rectangular silicone bread pan) or 10 cupcake pans with olive oil or coconut oil.
- Pour the dough and take it to the oven to bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Once ready, serve or freeze in slices for up to 3 months.
