- 3 eggs 1 tablespoon chia 50 g grated cheese of your choice (I've already made it with rennet and parmesan), if you want more "cheese" you can add a little more cheese. Salt to taste (I don't use salt in this recipe, I don't think it's necessary) Povilho azedo until it's done (between 1 and a half to 2 xic)4 to taste
- Preparation In a bowl add the eggs, chia and cheese and mix well, add the peas until the point is done and doesn't stick to your hand. Model in the shape of chopsticks and put it in the oven preheated to 200° and leave it until golden (in the air fryer it's ready in 15 minutes).
