- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Culinary sweetener1 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Vanilla Whey or Milk Powder20 g
- In a bowl, mix the egg, white, oatmeal, sweetener and vanilla essence (optional) well.
- Add the yeast and place the dough in silicone molds or a refractory that can go in the airfryer.
- Take it to the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180°.
- While the cupcake is baking, prepare the syrup. Dilute the whey or powdered milk with the juice of half a lemon, mix and add the lemon little by little until it has a creamy consistency.
- Cover the cupcake with the syrup and decorate with lemon zest!!
- Tip: you can prepare the cake in the microwave, it takes 3 minutes. But it tastes better in the airfryer 😉
