- Cocoa powder (70% or 100% cocoa)1 tablespoon
- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Chocolate flavored whey protein1 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Combine all the ingredients (except the yeast) in a mug and beat well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Add the yeast and stir gently.
- Microwave for 3 minutes and it's done.
- If you want a frosting, melt a square of chocolate bar over the finished cake for about 30 seconds in the microwave.
