- Milk or plant-based drink1 cup
- Oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Egg white1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Mash the banana;
- Place the milk, oatmeal, cinnamon and banana in a pan over medium heat and stir until it thickens a little;
- Add the egg white and stir for a few seconds until the white is cooked (it's very fast) (you can trust that it doesn't have the taste or texture of an egg);
- When the white is cooked, turn off the heat and stir for a few more seconds. And it's done! You can finish with the fruits and toppings of your choice.
