- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Whey20 g
- Oats2 tablespoon
- Milk powder1 teaspoon
- Cut the banana into slices and place in a pan with 1 glass of water, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Let it cook in medium fire and with the pan semi-covered, until the banana falls apart.
- Turn off the heat and add the whey. Mix well and, if necessary, add a little more water.
- Sprinkle with powdered milk and cinnamon.
