- Slice of Wholegrain or Multigrain Bread1 unit(s)
- Peanut paste2 teaspoon
- White chocolate50 g
- Whey protein vanilla flavor2 teaspoon
- Chopped walnuts to taste
- Chopped Strawberry to taste
- Start by melting the chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted, add the peanut butter and whey protein and mix well until smooth.
- Place the slice of bread in the toaster oven or in the oven and wait for it to brown or become crispy.
- Place the white chocolate protein peanut butter on top of your toast
- Decorate with walnuts and chopped strawberries
- Ready đ great snack or pre workout option đȘ
