- Rectangular pastry dough550 g
- Dried black plum100 g
- Fresh smoked and grated Provolone cheese350 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
- Sliced Chester Breast350 g
- Light Mayonnaise250 g
- Homemade Spiced Tomato Sauce250 g
- Oregano to taste
- * For each rectangular pastry dough put in the order:
- * Tomato sauce, spreading well
- * Grated fresh smoked Provolone cheese
- * 01 slice of Chester's Breast
- * 1/2 dried black plum
- * Mayonnaise to taste, spreading well.
- * Close each roll carefully as if it were a pastry, pressing the sides of the dough very slowly with a fork, so as not to tear and to be well sealed and not to leak the filling.
- Then with a brush pass a little bit of mayonnaise over them to give that wonderful golden color and place them in the Airfryer basket for about 7 minutes. Suggestion: It can also be baked in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, at 180 to 200 degrees, depending on your oven, or until golden brown.
- When removing still warm, splash oregano and a little bit of grated parmesan cheese over it.
- Now all you have to do is enjoy this delicacy at your Christmas or New Year's Eve dinner. Not wonderful!
