- Provolone400 g
- Laminate the provolone with the help of a mandoline or a very sharp knife, as the slices must be extremely thin.
- On a sheet of parchment paper, distribute the slices and take it to the oven for 25 minutes or until bubbles appear and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and wait for them to cool so they are crispy and ready to eat.
