Laminated puff pastry

Dividir a massa folhada ao meio. 
Sobre uma parte da massa, espalhe o molho e coloque o presunto e o queijo. Cubra com a outra parte da massa. 


Divide the puff pastry in half.
On a part of the dough, spread the sauce and place the ham and cheese. Cover with the other part of the dough.


Pincele gema de ovo. Corte tiras de aproximadamente 2 cm. Segure em uma extremidade da tira e gire a outra, formando um torcidinho. 

Brush egg yolk. Cut strips of approximately 2 cm. Hold one end of the strip and twist the other, forming a twist.

Coloque em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga e asse no forno pré aquecido a 200 graus até ficarem dourados.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.
