- Laminated puff pastry300 g
- Shredded ham150 g
- grated mozzarella cheese150 g
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Divide the puff pastry in half. On a part of the dough, spread the sauce and place the ham and cheese. Cover with the other part of the dough.
- Brush egg yolk. Cut strips of approximately 2 cm. Hold one end of the strip and twist the other, forming a twist.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.
