- Wheat flour1 kg

- Milk2 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Ripe pumpkin (the ones to make sweet)3 cup
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Heat the milk until lukewarm and add the salt, sugar, oil and yeast and let it rest.
- In the blender, beat the grated pumpkin with the eggs until it becomes a paste.
- In the bowl where the yeast was resting, you mix the pumpkin paste and add the flour until it starts to knead.
- Knead for about 10 minutes for the dough to be very smooth, let it rest until it doubles in volume (40 minutes) if the day is not hot you can put the dough to rise in the oven with a bowl of hot water underneath (this way your dough will rise faster)
- Wrap the buns and brush with an egg yolk, Bake for about 50 minutes or so (it depends a lot on each oven).
