Pumpkin puree (cook the pumpkin and mash it with a fork)1 cup
Coconut oil1/2 cup
Banana1 unit(s)
Raisins1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
Chia seeds (optional)1 tablespoon
Beaten egg1 unit(s)
Oat flour2 cup

In a large bowl, mash the banana well with a fork, add the beaten egg, coconut oil and mix well.
Then add the oats, raisins, chia and cinnamon, mixing all the ingredients very well.
Shape into cookies (make balls and flatten by hand) and place on a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven (180°) until the edges of the cookies start to turn golden.
Let cool and serve
