- Pumpkin pumpkin1 kg
- Tahini paste2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Boursin goat cheese3 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Raw sliced almonds150 g
- Microwave the pumpkin for 2 minutes to make it a little easier to cut. Cut into medium pieces, place on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour, until very soft. Remove the part of the shell, because we are not going to use it (but don't discard! Bake in the air fryer).
- Place the squash in a food processor and beat with the oil and tahini until creamy. Hit the salt. Arrange on a nice plate.
- Mix the cheese with the olive oil, season with black pepper and place a little on top of the pumpkin hummus.
- In a medium skillet, toast the sliced almonds, being careful not to burn them.
- Sprinkle the almonds on top, capriche in black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil on top, eat it pure or with toast.
