- Wheat for kibbeh125 g
- Ground beef250 g
- Finely chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- seedless tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Diced Mozzarella100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Put the wheat to hydrate for 1 hour in a basin with water. Then drain in a large sieve.
- While the wheat water drains, chop the onion, garlic, mint and tomato finely.
- Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, with your hands until it is very homogeneous.
- Take balls of the dough in the size of the palm of your hand, place a cube of cheese in the center and mold the kibes.
- Place in the airfryer at 180° for about 20 minutes, until very dark.
- Looks WONDERFUL!!!!!!! You can serve it with the seasoned curds you have here on my profile!
