- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Oil for frying3 cup
- In a bowl, place the cooked rice, eggs, tomato, cilantro, onion, wheat flour, yeast and salt, mix everything very well with a spoon.
- After mixing well, put the oil in a pan and heat over medium heat as soon as the oil is hot place the dumplings (take two tablespoons with one spoon you will get the dough and with the other you will push the dough into the pan , this way you will be forming the cookie)
- Repeat this process all over the dough and make the dumplings, fry until golden and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
