- Milk250 ml
- Mimosa Cornmeal (+1/2)1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Start by beating the sugar, eggs and oil in the blender. Then add the milk, salt, zest and cinnamon. Beat well.
- Then add the cornmeal and wheat flour, beating at high speed for 1 minute.
- Place the yeast and use the pulsar function 3 times.
- Distribute the dough in greased shape and bake in preheated oven until the cake is baked (about 35-40 minutes).
