- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Light cream or Greek yogurt80 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Herbs - I used chimichurri to taste
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream with a whisk until well blended.
- Add the flour, grated parmesan and olive oil. Mix well.
- Season with salt and herbs to your liking.
- Add the yeast and chia seeds, mixing gently.
- Place in a greased and floured bread pan.
- With a knife, make some scratches on top of the dough, drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with flaxseeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 35 minutes.
