Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
Onion powder1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground beef1/2 kg
Onion1 unit(s)
Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
Tomato sauce250 g
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

For the pancake: Beat the flour, milk, egg, onion and garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Fry thin discs of the dough in a non-stick skillet. Reserve.
Saute the meat with the remaining ingredients, finely chopped.
Stuff the pancakes and arrange side by side in a refractory
Cover with the tomato sauce mixed with the rest of the ground meat (take care to adjust the seasoning) and place in the oven.
