- Mix the eggs, sugar, milk, wheat flour and baking powder until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Heat a pan with oil, with the help of a spoon put small amounts of dough and fry until golden.
- Place the balls on a paper towel and then roll in sugar and cinnamon.
