1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour0 cup
Cornstarch (optional)1 tablespoon
Milk1/2 cup
Chemical yeast for cake1/2 tablespoon
Oil for frying500 ml

In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar well, add the wheat flour, cornstarch, salt and milk and mix well until smooth. Add the chemical cake yeast and mix.
In a small pan, heat approximately 500ml of oil.
With the help of a spoon, drip the dough into the hot oil and wait for it to fry over low heat. Place in a serving dish of your choice and serve.
This recipe serves approximately 2 to 3 people.
