Numa tijela misture todos os ingredientes sendo por último o leite..o segredo para o bolinho mais sequinho é uma massa mais firme, vc deve colocar na colher e ela permanecer...a temperatura do óleo TB deve ser alta porém vc diminuiu qd estiver fritando para que os bolinho não fiquem encharcados...após fritar deixar sair o excesso de óleo em papel toalha .se quiser também pode no açúcar com canela os bolinhos, fica MT gostoso!!
