  • Skimmed milk100 ml
  • Frozen strawberries5 unit(s)
  • Frozen blackberries3 unit(s)
  • Frozen Raspberries5 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar (optional)1 tablespoon
  • Ice (optional) to taste
  1. To prepare, place the yogurt, milk, fruits and brown sugar in a blender (or mixer). Beat well until smooth. Then add the ice gradually and continue beating until you get a creamy shake. If you want, garnish with some red berries on top.
