Misturar o fubá, farinha, açúcar, fermento, sal, pimenta do reino. Juntar o leite, ovos e misturar.

Mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, yeast, salt, black pepper. Add the milk, eggs and mix.

Colocar o espeto nas salsichas e cobrir com farinha de trigo

Place the skewer on the sausages and cover with wheat flour

Envolver as salsichas com a massa e retirar o excesso

Wrap the sausages with the dough and remove the excess.

Fritar em óleo quente por 5 minutos e sirva com mostarda ou seu molho de preferência. 

Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes and serve with mustard or your favorite sauce.
