  • Banana1 unit(s)
  • Fresh ginger2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder/Fresh Turmeric1 teaspoon
  • Frozen chopped pineapple2 unit(s)
  • Mint to taste
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and beat well until it forms a smooth and uniform cream.
  2. Drink immediately for better conservation of nutrients.
  3. Great pre-workout option! :)
