- Leftover rice2 cup
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Milk2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chives to taste
- Place the leftover rice and egg in a bowl and mix. Add your favorite seasonings, in which case I like oregano. Mix the parsley and alternate between flour and milk (if necessary) until you get the point (don't leave it too firm and not too wet to the point that you can shape it with the spoon itself). Season with salt and fry in hot oil until golden.
