- Raw rice1 cup
- Enough water to cover the rice to taste
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix the rice with the water and let it soak for 4 hours.
- Then drain the rice and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, oil and sugar in a blender.
- Then add the drained rice and mix well.
- Finally add the grated coconut and baking powder and mix without beating.
- Greased and floured mold
- Preheated oven 180° for 30 minutes or until cooked
