- Rice (already ready)2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs150 g
- Green Chili70 g
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella100 g
- Salt, green smell and black pepper to taste
- First put the potato to cook, once it's ready mash it with a fork and set aside. Cut the mozzarella into large cubes and set aside. Cut the green pepper, tomato and onion into cubes. Reserve.
- In a bowl put the rice, wheat flour, an egg, mashed potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes and onions, mix well, add salt, black pepper and green smell. Mix well, it should be a dough.
- Take some of the dough and open it like a disk and put the mozzarella and close. In a bowl put the egg and beat. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs.
- Dip the ball into the egg and breadcrumbs. Take to bake in the air fryer for 25 minutes or fry until golden. Serve on time.
