  • chopped parsley2 tablespoon
  • baking powder1 tablespoon
  • wheat flour6 tablespoon
  • sardines1 can(s)
  • sardine oil2 tablespoon
  • milk4 tablespoon
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • grated parmesan cheese4 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • mozzarella cheese100 g
  • oil to taste
  1. No secrets, just mix it all together. The only “special” point is the sardines that we separate from the oil in the can and then throw in two tablespoons of this oil.
  2. After mixing everything, the dough needs to be moist.
  3. Soon after take a good amount and make a little hole and put the cheese cut into cubes, cover with more dough, and make the shape you want (round, kibe shape..)
  4. Soon after fry in hot eye. And it's ready✨😉
