- Recipe
- Cooked rice (white or brown)2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Chia seed1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In the blender, beat the rice and water until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the chia and oats, season with salt. Cover with film and let rest 15 minutes.
- Place the dough between 2 plastic films and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Cut with cookie cutters and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Place in medium oven for 15 minutes.
