- Cooked rice1 cup

- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Oregano to taste

- Oil400 ml
- In a bowl, mash the two peeled and boiled potatoes, then add the cooked rice. It could be the one left over from dinner or lunch.
- Add the green smell, oregano, salt and pepper in the amount you want.
- Then add the 5 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix everything very well.
- When molding, you can choose the shape you want. If necessary, apply a little oil on your hands to make modeling easier.
- In a frying pan add the oil for frying and let it heat up. Fry the snacks, when they are golden, you can take them out and eat.
