- Ricotta Cream (I used President's, but it can be another)1 unit(s)
- Garlic sauce (if you don't have it, it can be 1 small crushed garlic clove)1 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper (a pinch) to taste
- Cumin (a pinch) to taste
- Cherry tomato to taste
- Yellow and red peppers to taste
- Basil or green smell to taste
- Toast (I used Bauduco) to taste
- Let's use the ricotta cream pot itself. Open and add the ingredients: olive oil, garlic sauce, cumin, pepper and lemon. Mix everything, incorporating all the ingredients well.
- Spread your cream on the toast and decorate with half a cherry tomato, red and yellow peppers and basil or parsley. You can also put other things on top, it can be onions, olives, hearts of palm... Everything is great with this seasoned ricotta cream. If you want, you can still put a pinch of salt on top of the tomatoes and a drop of olive oil.
