- Wheat Flour1 kg
- Beef broth1/2 l
- Milk1/2 l
- Salt to taste
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs500 g
- Oil1 l
- Separate the filling of your preference. Suggestions: ground beef, ham and cheese, chicken
- In a pan add the milk, the meat broth water, the margarine and the salt. When it starts to boil, add the wheat flour little by little and keep mixing until it reaches the point (as soon as it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan)
- Grease a table or surface with margarine
- Place dough on this surface to knead
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles (a cutter, cup or mug can be used)
- Stuff and close the dough by folding it in half. After passing through water and breadcrumbs. Reserve
