- kibbeh flour2 cup
- warm water1 cup
- mint1 to taste
- salt1 to taste
- onion1 to taste
- raw ground beef200 g
- put the kibbeh flour in a bowl and add warm water, leave for 30 minutes. Then squeeze with your hands until all excess water is removed. In a blender put mint, salt and onion and beat everything and put it in the kibbe flour.
- In a Pyrex, distribute the kibbeh and the ground beef seasoned with garlic and salt, finish with kibbeh, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
